Remembrance of Allah as Dua in Fajr
Morning Dua in Islam
There is not a single morning dua in Islam, but many are narrated as masnoon and recommended to be recited as for remembrance of Allah as dua in different authentic a-hadiths. Morning dua in Islam is recommended to be offer just after Fajr prayer before sun rises. One of the morning dua in Islam is given below narrated in Ahmad No# 15367 and Sahih Al-Jami' No# 4674.
Transliteration: aṣbaḥnaa ‛alaa fiṭratil-islaami, wa kalimatil-ikhlaaṣi, wa deeni nabiyyinaa muḥammadin, wa millati abeenaa ibraaheema ḥaneefan musliman wa maa kaana minal-mushrikeen
Translation: We rise upon the 'fitrah' of Islam, and the 'word of pure faith', and upon the religion of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the religion of our forefather Ibraheem (peace be upon him), who was a Muslim and of true faith and was not of those who associate others with Allah
