Ihlal in Sharia means calling aloud with Talbiyah.  On 8th of Zill-Hijj, the day called Yawm At-Tarwiyah, when Muslims puts on ihram and calls out with the Talbiyah of Hajj, same as before Muslims does it when assuming ihram for Umrah from Miqat.

So you have to do start saying Talbiyah loudly on 8th of Dhul-Hijjah i.e. Yawm At-Tarwiyah after putting on Ihram just as before you did it when assuming ihram for Umrah which you did from the Miqat.

Remember not to cease to do taking bath, using perfumes, and wearing the rida and izar i.e. upper and lower garments, until you have stoned Jamrat ul-Aqabah on 10th Zill-Hijj. However, the use of perfume to women is not allowed in any case be she offering Hajj or not according to famous Scholars of Islam. Also remember to put on your Ihram where are resident in.

After aforementioned, go to Mina to before Zohr, offer Namaz-e-Dhohr there, stay there for the night or more, minimum offer five prayer there without combining them. Remember to offer 2 Rakats in each prayer i.e. shortening them as you offering Namaz-e-Safar.
